How to check order status
You can still check the online orders that you have purchased previously by go to the “Purchase history” → “Online” on your UNIQLO app/web and click “Orders placed before October 7th, 2025” to be directed to the order lists that were created before the update.
How to return and exchange
For the order placed prior October 7th, 2025, you do not need to fill in any form on UNIQLO APP/web and the return and exchange will be processed with the previous procedure.
You will still get physical invoice and return slip that are sent along with the product that you ordered.
For return, please fill in physical return slip with the quantity and reason for return, then send it along with the products that you would like to return to the warehouse. Please ensure that the products that you return have fulfilled the return policy.
For exchange, please bring the physical invoice and the product to any UNIQLO stores that you would like to visit. Please note, exchange can only be processed with the products that are available at the store. Also please ensure that the products that you return have fulfilled the return policy.
