Purchase period: 14 - 16 November 2025
Purchase channel: UNIQLO Stores and Online* (Home Delivery and Click & Collect)
Mechanism: Every purchase of via UNIQLO Online (APP/web) or Stores, will get a Traveloka gift voucher with a cashback amount up to Rp 1.000.000*. No multiple purchases are applied, while the stock lasts.
*Order & Pick is not applicable for this promotion.
- For in-store purchase, the cashier staff will give you the physical voucher directly after the transaction is completed.
- For online order, the physical voucher will be sent, along with the products, from our warehouse to the address or store that you have selected.
Terms & Conditions for Traveloka Gift Voucher Usage:
- Eligible ONLY for new users of Traveloka.
- Traveloka Voucher is valid until 21 January 2026. The voucher can not be valid anymore if it is used after 21 January 2026.
- Get a 6% discount voucher (up to Rp1,000,000) by entering the unique code for a purchase minimum Rp2,000,000 for flight tickets / hotel bookings / experience at Traveloka.
- Cannot be used with other vouchers/promotions.
- Voucher cannot be exchanged, returned, canceled and cashed out.

FAQ
1. Q: My online order meets the requirements but on the checkout page there is no information that I’ll get the Traveloka Voucher.
A: There is indeed no information on the checkout page and email regarding the Traveloka Voucher. If your order meets the requirements, the warehouse will automatically deliver the Traveloka Voucher along with the products your selected address/store.
*You can check the e-invoice after the order is being delivered to make sure you get the voucher. If there is no “Free Traveloka Voucher” statement on the e-invoice, it means that you do not get the voucher due to out of stock.
2. Q: Where can I get the information that the Traveloka Voucher is not available anymore?
A: For online orders, you can check the UNIQLO website/app or this FAQ for information. As long as there is no "Fully Redeemed" or "Out of Stock" information on the website/app page or this FAQ page, meaning that the stock is still available. For in-store purchases, you may contact the related store to confirm the voucher stock. Click here for UNIQLO store information.
3. Q: Why do I not get the Traveloka Voucher even though I've purchased online?
A: If you do not get the voucher, it is most likely because the stock is no longer available or you order with Order & Pick.
4. Q: I choose Click & Collect, can I get my order with the Traveloka Voucher by the same day I ordered?
A: The Click and Collect order will be processed at our online warehouse in Jakarta. Please wait for email notification with the subject <UNIQLO Indonesia> Your Click & Collect Order has arrived that you will receive after the product has arrived at the store. 5. Q: Will I get the Traveloka Voucher if I pick up my Click and Collect order on 14 November 2025?
A: Traveloka Voucher will be given to customers who place and pay their order within period 14 - 16 November 2025. If you order and pay before or after the promotion period, you will not get the Traveloka Voucher, although you pick the product during the promotion period.
