Q. Why can't I choose the sub-district for my address when I order?

Please kindly check the registered “Membership Address” in the address book on your Profile page. If the address is not yet completed, please fill in all the required data on membership address before continuing your order. 

You may refer to below steps to complete your address book via UNIQLO application:
1. Go to "Membership page"
2. Choose "Profile" icon 
3. Go to “Address Book” option 
4. Refer to “Membership Address” and click “Edit Profile” 
5. Please fill in the data required 
6. Click on “Preview” 
7. Please kindly check the data you’ve input. If all the data is correct, you could click on “Send”
