Q. Can I exchange product that purchase at store?

You can exchange products bough at store as long as the exchange policy is fulfilled. Product can be exchanged at any UNIQLO store with product that is available at the store.

📜 Exchange Policy

  1. Product can be exchanged within 30 days since the date of purchase.
  2. Product condition is required to be in its original condition, not used, not washed and has its original price tag.
  3. Must include store purchase receipt / invoice of online order for exchange.
  4. Due to hygienic purposes, Socks, innerwear, camisole, baby products, room shoes and accessories can’t be exchanged/refunded (except Bra Tops and shoes that are not packaged may be exchanged/refunded).
  5. Product can be exchanged with the same or higher price (with paying the price difference) and with the product stock that is available at the store.
  6. This policy only valid for every purchase and exchange in Indonesia region.
  7. PT Fast Retailing Indonesia has the right to determine the final decision regarding product exchanges.

⏱️ Time limit for exchange

30 days since the purchase date. For example:
Purchase date: 30 August 2024
Maximum the product can be exchanged at: 28 September 2024

📝 Product Condition for Exchange

Below is the product category thatcannot be exchanged:
*The accessory products including socks, glasses, bags, room shoes, caps, etc.

Exchange/return is acceptable for the following product conditions:

  1. The exchange policy is fulfilled.
  2. Although the price tag is not attached to the product, as long as the condition of the price tag is still good, there is a receipt/invoice and the product meets the policy, the product can still be processed for exchange.
  3. Product received as gift, white-colored product, and discounted (value buy / limited offer) product can be exchanged if it fulfilled the exchange policy.

Note:
*Product with no price tag at all CANNOT be exchanged
**If you do not have receipt but still have the picture of the receipt or purchase history of the product, exchange still can be processed but only at the store where the product was purchased.
***For Limited Offer products, if you exchange to the same product, there will be no additional price. You can do further confirmation at the store. Click

🔁 Exchange Steps

Below is the steps for exchange:

  1. Please ensure you have read the exchange policy that is stated on the back of the receipt or by the link here.
  2. Bring the your product complete with the price tag and the receipt
  3. Go to ANY UNIQLO Store (you can exchange at any or different UNIQLO store as long as the policy is fulfilled)
  4. After you arrive at the store, choose any product that you would like and bring the new and old (your product) to the cashier for exchange process

Note:
*
You can exchange the product with the same or different product that is available at the store, it can be with the same or higher price (if the new product's price is higher, you can pay for the price gap.
**XS, XXL, 3XL is not available at the store. If you may, you can exchange at other products that is available at the store.
***Exchange can only be done once. Please check or try the product before the exchange process is completed.
