Q. How to pay with VA Bank Danamon
Please refer to below steps for payment through Virtual Account (VA) Bank Danamon.
The payment will be verified for 1.5 hours after you completed the payment. You may refer to this link for further information on how to check payment status.
Via Danamon ATM
1. Insert Danamon ATM Card, and then enter ATM PIN.
2. Choose menu ‘Transfer’.
3. Choose menu ‘Rekening Bank Danamon’.
4. Enter account number with ‘payment code’.
5. Enter ‘Jumlah’.
6. When Transfer Confirmation appears, choose ‘Ya’ / ‘Lanjut’.
7. Transaction is done, and please keep your transaction receipt.

Via D-Mobile (Mobile Banking)
1. Access the D-Mobile application on the smartphone.
2. Input user id and password.
3. Choose menu “Pembayaran (payment)”, and then choose “Virtual Account” and then add new biller.
4. Input the 16 digit payment code.
5. Confirm the transaction summary and input the transaction PIN.
6. Transaction is done.

1. Choose menu "Transfer antar bank" or “Transfer online antar bank”.
2. Enter Danamon bank code (011) or choose Danamon as the beneficiary bank.
3. Enter your 16 digit payment code on Beneficiary Account.
4. Enter Amount to pay as per your purchase. Different amount cannot be processed.
5. Confirm your transaction summary on screen and press “Yes” to continue.
6. Transaction is done. Please keep your receipt.
