Q. How to pay with VA Bank Permata

Please refer to below steps for payment through Virtual Account (VA) Bank Permata.
The payment will be verified for 1.5 hours after you completed the payment. You may refer to this link for further information on how to check payment status.  

 

Via ATM

1. Insert card and Enter PIN
2. Choose "Transfer". If using Other Banks' ATM, choose "Others" then "Transfer".
3. Choose "Other Bank Account".
4. Enter the bank code (Permata is 013) followed by the 16 digit payment code as the destination account, then choose "Correct"
5. Enter the exact amount as your transaction value. Incorrect transfer amount will result in failed payment.
6. Confirm that the bank code, payment code, and transaction amount is correct, then choose "Correct".
7. Transaction is done. Please keep your receipt.

Via Permata Mobile X

1. Login to the Permata Mobile X application.
2. Input Password.
3. Select "Pay Bills".
4. Select "Virtual Account".
5. Input the 16 digit payment code.
6. Choose an Account.
7. Input payment amount according to the transaction value. Incorrect payment amount will result in a failed payment.
8. Ensure payment code and payment amount is correct, and then input Response Code (Token).
9.Transaction is done.

Via Internet Banking

Note: Payment cannot be done using BCA Internet Banking (KlikBCA)
1. Login to your internet banking account.
2. Choose "Transfer" and choose "Other Bank Account". Enter the bank code (Permata is 013) as the destination account.
3. Enter the exact amount as your transaction value.
4. Enter the destination amount using your 16 digit payment code.
5. Confirm that the bank code, payment code, and transaction amount is correct, then choose "Correct".
6. Transaction is done. Please keep your receipt.

Via Other Banks

1. Choose menu "Transfer antar bank" or "Transfer online antar bank".
2. Enter Permata code (013) or choose Permata as the beneficiary bank.
3. Enter your 16 digit payment code on Beneficiary Account.
4. Enter Amount to pay as per your purchase. Different amount cannot be processed.
5. Confirm your transaction summary on screen and press "Yes" to continue.
6. Transaction is done. Please keep your receipt.
