Credit Card Mechanism:
Purchase with minimum Rp 1.500.000 (after coupon deduction) at UNIQLO stores or online (website/apps) and customer will get cashback that will be credited to the credit balance for a maximum of 40 working days from the end of promotional period or maximum by 23 August 2024.
a) Cashback Rp 200,000: for using Mandiri JCB Credit Card payment.
b) Cashback Rp 100,000: for using Mandiri Signature, World, World Elite Status Credit Card (VISA, Master) payment.

Customer makes a transaction with Mandiri Signature Credit Card on 23 May 2024 at UNIQLO store with an amount of Rp3,000,000. Customer will get Rp 100,000 cashback by maximum on 23rd August 2024 or 40 working days since the transaction.
Debit Card Mechanism:
Purchase with minimum Rp 1.500.000 (after coupon deduction) with Mandiri Debit VISA via online (UNIQLO website/apps), customers are eligible to get cashback Rp 100,000. Cashback will be credited to the bank account maximum 10 working days from the end promotional period or maximum by 12 July 2024.
Cashback ONLY eligible if completing the payment by entering the card number through payment method “Credit Card” as below:

Customer makes a transaction with Mandiri Debit VISA on 23 May 2024 via online APP with an amount of Rp3,000,000. Customer will get Rp 100,000 cashback by maximum on 12 July 2024 or 10 working days since the end of promotion period.
Terms of conditions:
- The mechanism is fulfilled.
- Cashback is only valid 1 (one) time for each card type.
- Cashback is not valid for multiple purchases.
- Cashback will not be obtained for payment through QRIS and Virtual Account.
- Cashback will not be obtained for payment with Debit Card through Pay in Store method.
- In-store purchases must be through EDC Mandiri.
- For online purchases, please choose the "Credit Card" method for both Mandiri Debit and Credit Card payments.

1. Q : I have a Mandiri JCB Credit Card and a Mandiri Debit Card, can I get cashback for each card?
A : Yes, cashback is eligible for each type of Mandiri card used as long as the purchases fulfill the requirements.
2. Q : Can I get the Mandiri cashback right after the transaction?
A : No, the cashback will be credited to your billing statement or bank account as below:
3. Q: Will I get the cashback if I purchase at the store with a Mandiri Debit Card?
A: No. If you use Mandiri Debit card, cashback will only be eligible if you purchase through UNIQLO online (website/app).
4. Can I use Virtual Account (VA) Bank Transfer method to get the cashback for online transactions with Mandiri Debit Card?
A: No. Cashback for Mandiri Debit Card can ONLY be obtained if the requirements have been met and complete the payment by selecting the "Credit Card" payment method.
5. Q: Can I use payment with QRIS or Pay in Store to get the cashback?
A: No, you will not get the cashback if using QRIS and for Pay in Store only eligible for Credit Card.
-For online order, you must choose the “Credit Card” method. This applied for both eligible Credit or Debit card.
-For in-store purchase, you must pay with the eligible Credit Card using the Mandiri EDC machine.
6. Q : I have paid using a Mandiri card with a purchase of Rp 1.500.000 (after coupon deduction), will there be a notification about this cashback?
A : After paid there is no notification via email or cashback statement on the receipt or invoice. But after the Credit Cards cashback sent to Credit Billing there will be a Whatsapp notification to Credit Card holder.
7. Q: Is there a specific code that must be entered to get Mandiri cashback when ordering online?
A: There is no special code or coupon. If your transaction at UNIQLO store or online (website/application) has met the terms and conditions, you will get the cashback.
8. Q : Will I still get the cashback if I return the product?
A : No. You will not get cashback if you return products for refund.
9. Q : I still haven't received the cashback even though it has been 2 (two) months since the promotion ended.
A : If you haven't received the cashback, you can contact Mandiri Call Center 14000.
