3. Download Livin’ By Mandiri Apps and open an account within the promotion period 14 March - 20 April 2025 
4. The referral code “UNIQLO” will be autofilled and please do not delete it. 
5. Initial deposit minimum Rp 100.000 within the promotion period. 
6. Do any financial transaction minimum Rp 25.000 through Livin’ By Mandiri within 7 (seven) days after the account opening within the promotion period. 
7. The cashback will be sent to your Mandiri Account within 14 working days after the end of the promotion period.

1. Q: How to open the Mandiri Bank Account? 
A: To open a Mandiri Bank Account you can refer to bmri.id/uniqlo for further information about detailed steps to open it. 

2. Q: Can I get the cashback right after opening the account? 
A: No, you will get the cashback within 14 working days. 

3. Q: Will I get notification when I receive the cashback? 
A: Yes, you will receive a notification through Whatsapp message from Bank Mandiri’s official account.  And kindly check gradually your account statement within 14 working days after the end of the promotion period. 

4. Q: I haven’t received the cashback Rp50.000. Is there any call center so I can confirm about it? 
A: If you haven’t received the cashback within 14 working days, please contact Bank Mandiri Call center 14000. 

5. Q: Can I get the cashback from opening Mandiri’s Tabungan NOW and cashback from purchase at UNIQLO online Rp 1.500.000 (after coupon deduction) with this new Mandiri account? 
A: Yes, you are entitled to get 2 (two) cashbacks if the requirements are fulfilled.  

3. You will be directed to Mandiri’s website to open a Mandiri Credit Card account. 
4. To open Mandiri Credit Card account, you will need: 

- Photo selfie 
- Original ID card from phone camera  
- Picture of your other bank’s Credit Card or income document 

5. Make a transaction with minimum amount Rp 750.000 after the card approved. 
6. The welcome bonus Rp 300.000 will be credited to your billing statement within 1 month after the credit card is approved by Mandiri’s side.

1. Q: Do I need to purchase anything within the promotion period to get the welcome bonus after opening the Mandiri Credit Card account? 
A: Yes, you do need to make a purchase minimum amount Rp 750.000 after the card approved to get the welcome bonus Rp 300.000. You can enjoy the benefit and shop at your nearest UNIQLO Stores or online (website/app).  

2. Q: Can I get the welcome bonus right after opening the account? 
A: No. After your application is approved by Mandiri and make a purchase minimum amount Rp 750.000, the welcome bonus will be credited to your billing statement within 1 (one) month billing cycle.  

3. Q: Will I get notification when I receive the cashback? 
A:  There is no notification via email. Please kindly check your billing statement within 1 - 2 months billing cycle.
