1. Q: Will I get a novelty KAWS Exclusive Tote Bag if I purchase KAWS T-shirts/Jackets/Sweatshirts?
A: No. KAWS Exclusive Novelty Tote Bag can only be obtained for purchase of KAWS Artbook.

2. Q: What is the content of KAWS Artbook?
A: The Artbook describing the exhibition “KAWS+Warhol” which was held at the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh in 2024 for the first time in its history.

3. Q: Tell us about the current KAWS collection.
A: Below is the list of KAWS products:

4. Q: I bought KAWS Products, can I exchange or return it?
A:
-For KAWS UT T-shirts, jackets, sweats and pants can be exchanged or returned.
-For KAWS artbook, tote bags and socks CANNOT be exchanged or returned.

5. Q: I chose the Click and Collect method, can I pick up my ordered products on the same day?
A: No, all online orders placed within 23 - 26 August 2024 will be processed by our online warehouse in Jakarta and due to high demand, there may be an additional 1 - 2 days from the original estimated delivery. Please click here for more information on estimated delivery time.
