Mechanism: Every purchase with minimum 999.000 (after coupon, gift and alteration fee deduction) and with minimum 1 (one) newest UNIQLO:C product, you will get an exclusive tote bag. Multiple not applied and while the stock lasts

1. Q: How can I get the Exclusive Tote Bag after I ordered/purchased with the Terms & Conditions that are fulfilled?
A: Please kindly check below:

  • For online order: the Exclusive Tote Bag will be shipped to your selected address or store, while the stock lasts.
  • For in-store UNIQLO Pondok Indah Mall 3 purchase: the cashier staff will directly give the Exclusive Tote Bag to you after the transaction is completed. 

2. Q: Is the exclusive tote bag promotion valid for direct purchase at all UNIQLO stores?  
A. No. For in-store or direct purchase at the store, the novelty exclusive tote bag is only available for purchase at UNIQLO Pondok Indah Mall 3 while the stock lasts. The promotion is also applicable for online purchase (Home Delivery and Click & Collect). 

3. Q: If I order online with Click & Collect to get the exclusive tote bag, for the pick-up store, can I choose other than UNIQLO Pondok Indah Mall 3 ? 
A: Yes, you can choose any UNIQLO store for Click & Collect. If the order meets the Terms & Conditions of the promotion, the exclusive tote bag will be delivered along with the products ordered to the store of your selected store.  

4. Q: For online order, why is the info about the exclusive tote bag not visible at the email and checkout page? 
A: There is indeed no information on the checkout page and email regarding the novelty exclusive tote bag. If the stock is available, the warehouse will automatically deliver the exclusive tote bag along with the products your address/store selected.  

5. Q: Where can I get the information that the exclusive tote bag is not available anymore? 

A: Please kindly check below:

  • For online order: You can check the UNIQLO website/app page or the main FAQ page or this FAQ page for information. As long as there is no "Fully Redeemed" or "Out of Stock" information on the website/app page or this FAQ page, the stock is still available.  
  • For in-store purchase: You can confirm the availability of exclusive tote bag by asking the store directly. Please note that the daily quota applied. You could click the link here to find out information about the store (phone number, address, store operating hours). 

6. Q: Why do I not get a free exclusive tote bag although my purchase/order has fulfilled the T&C? 
A: Exclusive tote bag is given to customers while stocks last. So it is possible that you did not get the exclusive tote bag because the stock is no longer available. 
*You can check the invoice after you collect the package to make sure whether you get the exclusive tote bag novelty. If there is no “exclusive tote bag” statement it means that you do not get the novelty due to out of stock. 

7. Q: I choose Click and Collect, can I get my order with exclusive tote bag by the same day I ordered?  
A: For period 6 - 8 September 2024, all Click and Collect order will be processed at our online warehouse. Please wait for email notification with the subject <UNIQLO Indonesia> Your Click & Collect Order has arrived that you will receive after the product has arrived at the store. You may refer to this link for further information about Click and Collect. 

8. Q: I want to return my order because I chose the wrong size when shopping online. Should I return the exclusive tote bag too?  
A: The product return policy for online purchases can be found via the link here, and you do not need to return the tote bag has been received.
