A: Here's how to pick up the free product:
- Customers who have received an email notification as a winner will receive a coupon sent automatically to their UNIQLO Membership account.
- Winners can visit the nearest UNIQLO store and show the coupon to our cashier.
- Our cashier staff will help you redeem the coupon when picking up the product.
- Products that have been picked up cannot be exchanged
