Q. BRI Credit Card Cashback Promotion

Promotion Period: 20 September - 24 October 2024
Purchase Store: All UNIQLO stores and online (website & App)
Mechanism: Purchase with minimum Rp 1.500.000 (after coupon deduction) at UNIQLO stores or online (website/apps) with BRI Credit Card and customer will get cashback that will be credited to the credit balance for a maximum of 3 (three) months from the end of promotional period or maximum by 24 January 2024.

Cashback Rp 200,000: for using BRI JCB Credit Card payment.
Cashback Rp 100,000: for using other BRI Credit Card payment (including Co-Branding) .

Cashback illustration:
Customer makes a transaction with BRI VISA Credit Card on 23 September 2024 at UNIQLO store with an amount of Rp 3,000,000. The billing statement is issued every 30th of each month. Customer will get Rp 100,000 cashback by maximum on 31 January 2024.

Terms of conditions:
- Cashback is only valid 1 (one) time for each card type.
- Cashback is not valid for multiple purchases.
- Cashback is not eligible for Corporate Card.

1. Q : I have a BRI JCB Credit Card and a BRI VISA Credit Card, can I get cashback for each card?
A : Yes, cashback is eligible for each type of BRI card used as long as the purchases and cards fulfill the requirements.

2. Q : Can I get the BRI cashback right after the transaction?
A : No, the cashback will be credited to your billing statement within 3 (three) months after the end of promotion period or maximum by 24 January 2024.

3. Q: Can I use payment with QRIS to get the cashback?
A: No, you will not get the cashback if you pay using QRIS.

4. Q : I have paid using a BRI card with a purchase of Rp 1.500.000 (after coupon deduction), will there be a notification about this cashback?
A : After paying there is no notification via email or cashback statement on the receipt or invoice. But after the cashback is sent to your Credit Billing, there will be a Whatsapp notification from BRI.

5. Q: Is there a specific code that must be entered to get BRI cashback when ordering online?
A: There is no special code or coupon. If your transaction at UNIQLO store or online (website/application) has met the terms and conditions, you will get the cashback.

6. Q : Will I still get the cashback if I return the product?
A : No. You will not get cashback if you return products for refund.

7. Q : I still haven't received the cashback even though it has been 3 (three) months since the promotion ended.
A : If you haven't received the cashback, you can contact BRI Call Center 1500017.
