How can we help?

1. Choose "MySize ASSIT"
2. If you have read the Terms of Use, click the “AGREE AND CONTINUE” button.
   
3. Enter your body measurement information and how you want the product fits you. 
4. Once completed, press the “CHECK MY SIZE” button
   
4. Once the measurement process is completed, the program will provide information on the sizing and fit of the item for you.
   
5. To measure with other products, your data will be automatically filled in. However, if you wish to change your measurement data, please click the “CHANGE” button on the top right. 

1. A smartphone camera is required for this option. This function is only available on the website and UNIQLO app on mobile devices. 
2. Choose "MySize CAMERA"
3. Once you have read the Terms of Use, click the “AGREE AND CONTINUE” button.

4. Follow the instructions provided by the page to “START THE CAMERA SCAN”. When scanning yourself, please ensure there is no one else within the range of the camera.
5. Once the measurements have been completed, the program will provide information on the sizing and fit of the item.  

6. If needed, you may do the process again by pressing the “SCAN WITH CAMERA” button on the window.
