Q. Why can't I find my order although I have paid?

You can find your order on Order History at the your UNIQLO website/app. Please follow below steps on how to find your order:

  1. Please ensure that you have log in to your UNIQLO account. You may click the link here to see the steps on how to log in.
  2. Once you have logged in, go to "Membership" page.
  3. Clicked on "Order History" then you can see the details of your order.
