Cashback Requirements


Promotion Period: 16 February 2026 – 5 March 2026
Mechanism: Every purchase with minimum Rp1,500,000 with the eligible cards and purchase channel as below, will get cashback that will be credited to the credit / bank account balance for a maximum of 60 working days from the end of promotion period (maximum by 4 May 2026). Please refer to the table below:

On 16 February 2025, Customer makes a transaction with Mandiri Debit Card VISA Platinum via online APP with an amount of Rp3,000,000.

On 17 February 2026, Then the customer also make another purchase Mandiri Credit Card Signature at the store with amount Rp1,700,000.
Customer will get the cashback Rp 100,000 by maximum on 4 May 2026.

 

Eligible Card Types and Payment Methods


1. The promo is only eligible for Mandiri Card with BIN number that are listed below:

2. For In-store purchase, the promo is only eligible for payment with Mandiri EDC.
3. For online, customers must choose [Credit Card] method as below, either for Mandiri Debit or Credit Card usage. With this method, customers must enter the card details and customers will receive the OTP from Mandiri to complete the payment.User-added image

 

Terms and Conditions

 
  1. Cashback is only valid for 1 (one) time each 1 (one) customer.
  2. Cashback is not valid for multiple purchases.
  3. For online purchases, please choose the "Credit Card" method for both Mandiri Debit and Credit Card payments, because other payment methods (Bank Transfer VA, QRIS, or Pay in Store) are not eligible to receive the cashback.
  4. Cashback is not valid for payment with a Debit Card through Pay in Store method.
  5. For in-store purchases, payment must be through EDC Mandiri.
  6. For in-store purchases, cashback is not valid for self-checkout.
  7. Not eligible for Mandiri Credit Card Silver, Gold, Platinum, Traveloka, Shopee, Corporate Card, Kartu Kredit Pemerintah, dan SME Card.
 

Frequently Asked Questions


1. Q: I have a Mandiri JCB Credit Card, Mandiri Credit Card World, Mandiri VISA Debit Card. Can I get 3 (three) cashbacks? A: No, the cashback is only eligible for 1 (one) time per 1 (one) customer. Please check the requirements and the T&C above.

2. Q: Can I get the Mandiri cashback right after the transaction? A: No, the cashback will be credited to your billing statement or bank account within 60 working days since the end of the promotion period (maximum by 4 May 2026).

3. Q: Will I get the cashback if I purchase at the store with a Mandiri VISA Debit Card?
A: No, transactions at stores with Mandri Debit Card are not eligible to get cashback. For in-store purchases, the promo is only eligible for payment with the eligible Mandiri Credit Card through Mandiri EDC.
 
4. Q: Can I use Virtual Account (VA) Bank Transfer, QRIS, or Pay in Store method to get cashback for online transactions with Mandiri VISA Debit Card?
A: No. Cashback for Mandri Debit Visa Platinum Card can ONLY be obtained if the requirements have been met where one of the requirements is to complete the payment by selecting the "Credit Card" payment method for the online order.

5. Q: Will there be a notification once I receive the cashback?
A: Yes, there will be a Whatsapp notification after the cashback is credited to your billing statement or bank account.

6. Q: Is there a specific code that must be entered to get Mandiri cashback when ordering online?
A: No, there is no special code or coupon. If your transaction at UNIQLO store or online has met the requirements and the terms and conditions, you will get the cashback.
 
7. Q: Will I still get the cashback if I return the product? 
A: No. You will not get cashback if you return products for refund.
 
8. Q: I still haven't received the cashback even though it has been 2 (two) months since the promotion ended. 
A: If you haven't received the cashback, you can contact Mandiri Call Center 16000.
