- Gift Bandana will not be shown on the checkout page, but you can check the information about it on the E-Invoice which will be issued when the order is being shipped (home delivery) (E-Invoice will be issued estimated by D+2 click here for the illustration) or when the order has arrived at the store (Click & Collect). 1. Q: I ordered online on 6 July 2026 for UT ZO & FRIENDS. Can I receive / pick up the product by tomorrow?
A: No. Order for UT ZO & FRIENDS needs more time to be processed at our warehouse (additional 2 days).
- If you ordered with Home Delivery on 6 July 2026, the E-Invoice and shipping information will be issued on 8 July 2026.
- If you ordered with Click & Collect, the E-Invoice will be issued once the order arrives at the store (Ready for Pickup).
2. Q: Is this promo valid for all UT products?
A: This promotion is only valid for UT ZO & FRIENDS collection.
3. Q: Can I get more than 1 Bandana if I buy more items?
A: No, only 1 (one) Bandana will be given per receipt, regardless of quantity purchased.
4. Q: Why didn’t I receive the Bandana even though I purchased 2 UT ZO & FRIENDS?
A: The promotion is valid while stock lasts. It may not be available if the stock has run out during the promotion period.
