1. Q : What is UTme!?
A : UTme! is a T-shirt customization service which lets you create your own one-of-a-kind T-shirt and take it home immediately! Combine photos, images and text in any way that you like, to create your original design.

2. Q : How to order UTme!?
A :  You can order UTme! and design the product by following these steps:
1. Choose your T-shirt. 
You can refer to the T-shirt samples at the UTme! booth to find the most suitable size.
2. Customise your T-shirt at the UTme! booth.
Design your T-shirt with the iPad provided, by deciding on the placement and size of the sticker or picture.
You may use your own picture or select stickers from our local and global collections.
3. Check the design guidelines.
If your design does not adhere to the guidelines, we may not be able to process your order. If you want to use your own picture, please check with our store staff on the printing possibility. You may share the image (recommended .jpeg or .png format) with our staff directly during your visit.
*Please ensure that the design content is original and there are no infringements of intellectual property rights.
4. Print your T-shirt.
When you are done designing your T-shirt, please notify our store staff and you are required to complete payment before printing. It takes an average of 20 minutes to print a UTme! T-shirt, subject to store capacity.

3. Q : Which product that can I customize?
A : You can customize below UTme! product categories:
Tote bag : Rp 299.000
KIDS T-shirt : Rp 199.000
T-shirt (Mens and Womens) : Rp 249.000

4. Q : Which store is UTme! product available?
A : The UTme! service is available exclusively at UNIQLO Pondok Indah Mall 3 and Mal Bali Galeria. Please click here for further information about store (telephone number, address, operational hours, etc).

5. Q : Can I use my own design for the UTme! printing?
A : Yes, you can use your own design for UTme!. Please make sure that your submitted design does not include the following prohibited content. We may not be able to accept orders which fail to adhere to our design guidelines.
Unauthorised contents that infringe on third party rights:
- Names, portraits, photographs, and/ or other contents of celebrities, entertainers, and famous characters.
- Photographs of other individuals, where the person is identifiable.
- Names, brand names, logos, and/or other contents which express famous companies and famous brands.
- Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).

Inappropriate immoral content:
- Indecent or vulgar language or content.
- Content that causes disgust, discomfort, or anxiety.
- Content that could tarnish the reputation or cause other harm to a third party.
- Antisocial content.
- Political content.
- Other content that we deem to be inappropriate.

6. Q : Can I print Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) for UTme! printing?
A : We regret to share that printing of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) is strictly prohibited.

7. Q : How can I send my own design for it to be printed on UTme! product?
A : Please refer to these steps to use your own design for UTme! :
1. Firstly, please complete the payment for UTme! product that you want to customize
2. Send the design with format .JPG or .PNG and send it to email : utme.id1542@fastretailing.com
3. Create your own T-shirt in UTme! area in UNIQLO Pondok Indah Mall 3 and Bali Mal Galeria.
4. After finished customizing, then you can print and already own your T-shirt!

8. Q : Can I print my design on the back?
A : Sorry, for UTme! printing, we only able to print the design on the front of the T-shirt.

9. Q : How long do I need to wait for my T-shirt to be printed?
A : The printing time for our UTme! T-shirt customization service is subjected to the number of daily orders in queue. You may contact our store in advance for further advice. 

10. Q : How do I choose my size?
A : The adults' T-shirt is based on UT male design. You may refer to below size guide as your references:

11. Q : What is the recommended washing method?
A : For washing care, please may refer to below:
1) Turn the t-shirt inside out when washing to reduce the friction on the printed area when tumbling in the washing machine.
2) Use low temperature or cold wash settings.
3) Wash dark color item separately.
4) Use a mild laundry detergent.
5) Hang it to dry under the shade.

12. Q : Can UTme! product be exchanged or returned?
A : We are apologize for UTme! product cannot be exchanged and returned because the product has customized.
