JCB Collaboration is a collaboration program between JCB Indonesia and Uniqlo stores and online (websites and applications) that provide attractive offers for JCB Credit Card holders issued by Banks in Indonesia in the form of an IDR 100,000 Cashback program.  

Period: 15 May – 15 June 2023  
Mechanism: Minimum spend of IDR 699.000 (total amount after deducted by coupon) applies to purchases at UNIQLO both in offline and online stores via the application or website using a JCB credit card, no multiple applies.

Q&A:  
1. Q: How to get cashback? 
A : With minimum purchase IDR 699.000 (total amount after deducted by coupon)  at UNIQLO both in offline and online stores through the application or website, will get cashback starting from IDR 100,000 with JCB Credit Cards issued by Banks in Indonesia, no multiple applies.

-Cashback will be credited into the Billing Statement of the JCB Indonesia Credit Card holder within 3 Billing Cycle after customer purchase date or more, in accordance with the provisions of your respective JCB Card issuing Bank. 
-Maximum 1 (one) cardholder can make 1 (one) transaction to get cashback both in offline and online stores during the program period.

2. Q: How long will the JCB promo be held?  
A: The program Cashback IDR 100,000 will be held 15 May – 15 June 2023  

3. Q: What types of banks are used for JCB cashback?  
A: JCB Cashback is only valid for JCB Credit Cards issued by the following Banks: BCA, BNI, BRI, CIMB NIAGA, DANAMON, MANDIRI, and MAYBANK  

4. Q: Can the JCB cashback promo be cashed out?  
A: The JCB promo is non-refundable.  

5. Q: How to check cashback? Is it charge right away?  
A: Cashback will be credited into the Billing Statement of the JCB Indonesia Credit Card holder within 3 Billing Cycle after customer purchase date or more, in accordance with the provisions of your respective JCB Card issuing Bank. 

6. Q: Is JCB Cashback valid at UNIQLO stores?  
A: JCB cashback is valid for purchases at UNIQLO both in stores and online through the application or website with a minimum spend of IDR 699,000 (total amount after deducted by coupon)  

7. Q: Can I still return the product and the cashback will be cancelled? 
A: Cashback cannot be accepted if the customer cancels the order or returns the purchased item. Banks will only provide cashback to customers whose transactions are successful.  

8. A: I have paid using my credit card with a purchase of 700 thousand, is there any notification about this cashback via my email?  
A: There is no cashback receipt notification. Customers can see the amount of cashback received on the JCB credit card billing statement.  

9. Q: I still haven't received the cashback even though it's been 2 months since I bought UNIQLO.  
A: The process of giving cashback follows the rules of each credit card issuing bank with a time period that varies from 3 months billing cycle. Please contact the call center of the JCB credit card issuing bank to find out the details of the cashback status
