Q. How can I track my order? Because I can not find it.

We have 2 delivery option which are Ship To Address and Click & Collect. You can track your order by following below:

1. If you choose Ship To Address method, you will receive a tracking number to track the order via a notification email with the subject:
<UNIQLO Indonesia> Your order has been shipped.

You can also find out the receipt number by opening website/Apps UNIQLO Indonesia with the following steps:
Membership > Order History > Detail > Delivery slip number.

2. If you choose Click and Collect method, you will not receive a receipt number. if the ordered product has arrived at the store, you will receive an email from a notification with the subject :
<UNIQLO Indonesia> Your Order Was Received ​​​​​​.

You can also find out if the product has been received by the store by opening the UNIQLO Indonesia website/application with the following steps:
Membership > Order History > Detail > Order Status.
