Q. What delivery option do you have?

We provide home delivery via Courier service and Click&Collect service (Pick up at store).

1. Home delivery for shipment of the product you purchased online by our assigned courier service and only offer standard delivery time.

2. Click and Collect is a delivery option for online ordering which offers a convenient way for you to collect your online orders in UNIQLO store without shipping costs.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. You can check the status of your item delivery by input tracking number in this link. If you have not received the email within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out our Customer Support via any channels available below.
