Q. Return and Exchange Policy Through Online Purchase

We accept returns or exchange for products through purchase online by following our policy below:
1. Return & Exchange period for the product through online purchase is valid for a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase.
2. Returned online purchased product required is in its new, original condition, and attached tag price.
3. Product through online purchase with “Pay in Store” payment method can only be exchanged at all UNIQLO Indonesia stores with bring the physical receipt as the proof of payment.
4. Exchange products can be done with a replacement product with the same or greater price based on payment amount and available stock in the store.
5. The refunded amount will be based on the amount that you have paid even though the discount has been ended by the promotion.
6. PT. Fast Retailing Indonesia can ONLY serve the UNIQLO Indonesia products
7. PT. Fast Retailing Indonesia reserves the right to deny any return or refund if the product(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirement above.

Product which can’t be allowed for Return/ Exchange:
- Packaging items such as socks, innerwear, Bra, Bratops, camisole, Relaco, pajamas, and baby products due to hygienic purposes.
- Accessories like mask, sheet, pillowcase shoes, glasses, bags, umbrella, belts, gloves, scarf, etc.
- Product that has been altered or already used.
