Returns of products purchased online can only be returned to the warehouse's address and cannot be returned at UNIQLO stores.
You can return products purchased through the UNIQLO online store (website or app) by following these steps:
1. Wrap the product to be returned and include the invoice and return form that you received with the previous product
2. Fill in the return form along with a product description and reason for the return
3. Send the product/package to the warehouse address listed on the return form, namely:

You can choose a courier other than Ninja to return the products. The Fees may vary depending on the location and courier selected. The shipping costs will be borne by you
However, if you purchase at an online store using the Pay at Store payment method, you can exchanges the products at all UNIQLO Indonesia stores as long as you have a purchase receipt, price tag, the product has not been washed and has not been used.
