You may create and register a Uniqlo account on our website at here or through UNIQLO App. Please note that you must be 18 years old and above to register for a Uniqlo membership account.

Below is the steps in creating a UNIQLO account:
1. Open the UNIQLO app and go to “Membership” icon as below:

2. Click on【Profile】

3. Click on【Create an Account】

4. Fill in all the required fields

Email
Password, please create a password with at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers and one of the symbols - _ . @ because if you use other symbols, there will be an error or it cannot be registered.
Postal Code
Date of birth
Gender

5, Check the User Terms and Privacy Policy
6. Click【REVIEW】
7. Please make sure the registered email is correct, then click【Submit verification code】
8. Please check your inbox/spam/junk email and copy the verification code sent from noreply-enews@mail.id.uniqlo.com. Please do not close the UNIQLO app while checking your email.
9. Enter the verification code on the UNIQLO registration page
10. Click 【Continue】 and your account will be connected to UNIQLO.

Recommended software for UNIQLO App:
iPhone, iPad, iOS version: iPhone iOS 13 or later.
Android version: Android OS 6 or later.
