The refund process for the online order returns process in 7-14 days. You will received email notification subject <UNIQLO Indonesia> Your return has processed from noreply-order@mail.uniqlo.co.id in 2 work days after your return product was received and verified by our warehouse
1. For credit card, the refunds will be credited directly.
2. For VA Bank Transfer and COD (Cash on Delivery), the refund will be transferred to your bank account number. You can submit your account number via the form link sent along with the notification email.
