Q. I haven't received an order confirmation e-mail

You will receive an order confirmation email with the email subject :
<UNIQLO Indonesia> Your Order Was Received.
If you do not receive an email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk email.

Furthermore, if you have completed payment, you can know payment status by following these steps:
Open UNIQLO Website/apps > Membership > Order History > Detail
