Q. The product I received is not what I ordered

We apology for the inconvenience caused. If the product(s) you have received were incorrectly sent by our warehouse, please reach out our Customer Support via any channels available below and we will do investigation for you as a priority.

However beforehand, kindly please check your invoice to ensure the sizes/ colours you have selected were correct. If you have ordered the incorrect size please follow our change of mind return process.
