Q. Why I cannot access the UNIQLO website? Why still on maintenance mode?

We're sorry you are having issues accessing our site. If your site showing "UNDER MAINTENANCE" please do below step:

On your computer, open Chrome/Safari
At the top right, click More .
Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.

On your mobile, Chrome/Safari
Close fully out of the browser.
Reopen Chrome/Safari
Tap Menu.
Tap Settings.
Tap Privacy.
Tap Clear Browsing Data.
Check Clear the cache and Clear cookies, site data.
Tap Clear.

If you still can't access, please open from "Incognito browser". Or you may like to try changing browsers or use a different device. If problems persist, please reach out our Customer SupportTeam via available channels below
