Q. Can I return my last purchase to your online store?

We are sorry to hear that you would like to return the product(s)
You can only return product(s) you purchased online.
For product(s) purchased from our UNIQLO stores or SFH service, you can exchange the product at any our nearest UNIQLO store with bringing the receipt.

If you wish to return product(s) purchased at online store, you will need to return the products directly to our warehouse. Kindly refer to the return slip for further instructions.
You may select any courier to ship back the product to us. Ship back fee is not included in the amount you paid, therefore, you will have shoulder the cost. Cost may vary depending on your location.

Except if your purchased online product used "Pay in Store" payment, then you can exchange the product at any our nearer UNIQLO store with bringing the invoice order for transaction along with the product.
