Q. Can I refund the item I purchased?

We are sorry to hear that you would like to return the product(s) you have purchased.
You can only return and refund the product(s) you purchased online.
For product(s) purchased from our UNIQLO stores or SFH service, you can exchange the product at any our nearest UNIQLO store with bringing the receipt.

Your return will be processed after you return the product(s) you purchased online directly to our warehouse
If you wish to return the product(s) you purchased online, kindly refer to the return slip for further instructions to return your item directly to our warehouse.
You may select any courier to ship back the product to us. Ship back fee is not included in the amount you paid, therefore, you will have shoulder the cost. Cost may vary depending on your location.
