We accept exchange product purchase at store and from our online shop (UNIQLO website or application) by following Our Exchange Policy below:
1. Products can be exchanged by coming directly at store.
2. Products can exchange within 30 days from the purchase or order date.
3. Only products purchased in Indonesia can be exchanged.
4. The condition of the products are still the same as it was first purchased or received, unused, unwashed, has no smell and has not been altered.
5. Please include the purchase receipt or invoice and product’s price tag when making the exchange.
6. For hygiene purposes, inner wear (underwear, bra top swimwear, and camisole), baby products, accessories (hat, bag, socks, belt, AIRism Mask, etc.), packaged items (Relaco pants, Drape Pants, Dry Color Crew Neck Short Sleeve T-shirt, etc), and altered items are not allowed to be exchanged.
7. Products can be exchanged with products with the same price or higher priced products (by paying the price difference).
8. This regulation only applies to every purchase or order within the territory of Indonesia.
9. UNIQLO Indonesia reserves the right for final decision.
