A. Once you made a purchase choose the click and collect shipping method at the online store, you will receive an email notification from <UNIQLO Indonesia> noreply@mail.uniqlo.co.id. You will get several notifications from click and collect orders as follows:
1. We have received your order and your payment. Please look the title email notification sent to your inbox or junk email.
2. We are processing your order from our warehouse to your selected store. Please check the estimated delivery date of arriving at store from body email.
3. Your order has been arrived at your selected store. You can pick up directly to store with showing this email notification to our cashier staff.
4. If you already picked your order from store, you will also receive email notification with title below.
