Q. UT One Piece Launching FAQ

Q. I am having a trouble to access the website. Why I can't access the website? And how long does it takes?
A. We are experiencing high traffic on our website due to UT One Piece popularity. Please wait a moment and and try accessing again.

Q. I have selected the product but there was an error during the checkout process. Does the product still in my shopping cart?
A. Products should remain in the customer's cart even if the checkout process fails.

Q. If the product sold out on website, is it still available on UNIQLO App?
A. The products in our website and application are the same stock. You can check the product availability in our offline store real time by click "Find stock in store" on the product that you want to buy & write your location to find the nearest store.

Q. If the product sold out on website, is it still available on offline store?
A. Product availability varies by each store. You can check the product availability in real time by click "Find stock in store" on the product that you want to buy & write your location to find the nearest store. 

Q. If the product sold out in the offline store, is it still available in the online store?
A. You can check the product availability in online stores through our website or application. If you can't find the product on our website, it means the product is not available in the online store

Q. How to avoid long queues?
A. Due to PPKM & to avoid long queues we suggest you to buy through our online store on website & UNIQLO App. 
However there is a possibility of high traffic due to popularity of One Piece UT.

Q. Is there any maximum quantity for the product purchase via Online?
A. Due to One Piece UT popularity, customer can purchase “max 2pcs for each pattern” cart size max 30pcs for online purchase. However, since item is popular, stock might sold out quickly.

Q. I bought the wrong size, can I exchange it through offline store or online store?
A. If customer purchase through retail store, customer can exchange to all retail store while stock last. For online order, you can not exchange product in the store unless when you placed the order with using "Pay in Store" payment. Only "Pay In Store" payment can exchange the product at any UNIQLO stores in Indonesia . Other payment method, can only proceed for refund, you may refer to the return slip provided when your online product was delivered. You can refer to the link

A. Follow and check our social media @uniqlodindonesia or you can check our website to get the latest information

Q. How to see the stock availability in offline stores?
A. You can check the product availability in our offline store by click "Find stock in store" on the product that you want to buy & write your location to find the nearest store.

Q. If the product still available in offline store, can i order through shop from home to buy from Offline store?
A. UNIQLO Shop from home is no longer available. 
This is part of UNIQLO's business development strategy to ensure a better shopping experience for customers.
Now customer can use our website & App to shop online. During this trial period, we are still improving the service to serve you better.

Q. Should I line up in the store to purchase the item?
A. In order to ensure Covid-19 protocol in our store, our store staff will hand out queue number based on your queue and limit the number of customers who can purchase this item at one time. Please kindly follow our store staff directions for your queue at your nearest store.

Q. How to shop if my nearby store is close?
A. If you are not able to visit our store, you can purchase from our online store through website www.uniqlo.com/id or you can download UNIQLO App. We still on trial period to improve the better service.
