UNIQLO offer 2 (two) coupon for new and existing customers as below:

Welcome coupon, a coupon worth Rp 25,000 for new UNIQLO App downloaders who register for UNIQLO account for the first time.
Birthday coupon, a coupon worth Rp 25.000 for existing customers. This coupon will be received on the birthday month and can be used until end of month.

1. Choose 【Membership】 icon shown on the bottom right of the page as below:

2. Click on【Coupon】icon

3. If you have a coupon, then it will be shown on the Coupon Page. However, if the coupon page is blank, it means you do not have any coupons at the moment.

*Please be noted, coupons that have been used might still be visible on the Coupon Page until the end of the coupon usage period although it cannot be used anymore.

FAQs:
1. Q: I registered via website (not app). Although it’s my first time registering for a UNIQLO account, why don’t I get the Welcome Coupon?
A: To get the coupon, you can download the UNIQLO APP on your smartphone and log in using the account you have created on the website. If this is your first time downloading and registering, you will automatically get the Welcome Coupon.

2. Q: Is there a time limit to use my coupon?
A: Yes, in general you can use the coupon within 1 month since the coupon is issued. You can check the usage period on the T&C stated on the coupon page.

3. Q: Can I use the Welcome Coupon for in-store purchase?
A: Yes, you can use the online coupon for in-store purchase.

4. Q: Can I use the Birthday Coupon for in-store purchase?
A: No, Birthday Coupon can only be used for online purchase.

5. Q: Can I use the Welcome Coupon with another coupon such as a Birthday Coupon?
A: No, each coupon must be used separately.

6. Q: How much is the minimum purchase to use the Welcome Coupon?
A: The minimum purchase to use it is Rp 250.000

7. Q: I mistakenly clicked on “REDEEM”, can I still use my coupon?
A: No, once the “REDEEM” button has been clicked (by accident or not), the coupon will be invalid and cannot be used.

8. Q: I returned my online order, can I use the coupon again?
A: No, because coupons can only be used once.
