1. Q. Who has the opportunity to join the Product Sampling Program?
A. Every customer who has purchased products at UNIQLO store or website will get email regarding purchase history of the product that has purchased. Customers can give review through UNIQLO.com/id starts from 1 – 30 April 2024, then the customers will get opportunity to get our FREE product.

2. Q. How do I leave a review?
A. Go to your purchase history on the website or your UNIQLO App, scroll the page product you would like to leave a review on, and click “WRITE A REVIEW”

3. Q. How will my review be enrolled in the Product Sampling Program?
A. The purpose of collecting product reviews is to use the impressions and evaluations of customers who have worn certain products as reliable opinions that can be used as a reference by other customers who intend to purchase the same product.

When writing a review, please specify your impressions of the product (material, fit, occasion of wearing, comfort, etc.) when you wear the product.
For the product size, it will be very helpful if the height of the wearer and the size of the product worn can be provided.  
While we would love to know your satisfaction with the products, please also feel free to let us know your dissatisfactions, if any.

*Keep your review focused on the product.
*Refrain from mentioning competitors or the specific price you paid for the product
*Do not include any personally identifiable information, such as full names.
*Contact our Customer Support if you have issues that are not product-related such as order status or services at UNIQLO stores.

4. Q. What product do I have to review to stand a chance to be enrolled in the Product Sampling Program?
A. You can review any product you have purchased on UNIQLO store or website/application.

5. Q. When will this Product Sampling Program period run?
A. Review that is sent from 1 – 30 April 2024 will get opportunity to get (464023) Pocketable UV Protection Parka Pattern (Water-Repellent) color 09, 32, or 67 (choose one). Total 100 winners will be announced on 15 May 2024.

6. Q. How will I be notified if I have been selected for the Product Sampling Program? 
A. You will receive a notification email through your email address registered for UNIQLO Membership

7. Q. How do I collect my free product?
A. Please refer to below steps to collect the FREE product:
-Customers who get email notification as the winner will receive coupon that will be sent automatically to their UNIQLO membership account.
-The winner may come to the nearest (any) UNIQLO store and show the coupon to the store’s cashier.
-The cashier staff will help to redeem your coupon to get the FREE product.
-The product that has picked up cannot be exchanged.
Please be note that the coupon redemption period is 2 (two) weeks from receiving the coupon in the Application.

8. Q. If I am selected for the Product Sampling Program, will I automatically remain in the program and receive a free product in every batch run?
A. No, you will not automatically continue to be enrolled in the product review program.
We will always renew the mechanism every period and you could still have a chance to be picked in product review program.
