Q. About Product Review
The purpose of collecting reviews is to use the impressions and evaluations of customers who have worn certain product as reliable opinions that can be used as a reference by other customers who intend to purchase the same product.
Your feedback is important to us. By sharing your feedback and review with us, we constantly improve our product.
Check out simple steps below on how write a review:
Please note that each product can only be submitted once and reviews may take up to 48 hours to appear on the website.
*Ensure that the review language matches the language of the website version. Devices using [English] can only display reviews in [English] as well as using [Language] can only display in [Language].
Steps to fill out a review:

Log in to your online account and go to Purchase History on your Membership Page

Click [WRITE REVIEW]

Rate the product, create your review title, leave a comment, and fill in the required information.

Read & agree to the Terms of Use and click the [REVIEW] button.

Once all the information is confirmed, click the [SUBMIT] button.

You will see a confirmation page after pressing [SEND].
Reviews will not be displayed if they do not match our parameters for example

Q : Can I review more than once for the same product?
Customers can only submit 1 review for each product.
Q : Why can't I submit a review and it always fails?
Please submit 1 review for the same product
Please double check your device settings according to the review. Review with [Language] can only appear with [Language] setting. Device setting [English] please submit review in [English].
Q : Why can't I select a product size and submit my review?
The product is out of stock therefore you may not be able to select a size and submit a product review via the UNIQLO App. With that said, you can submit a product review through our website on the product page itself by searching for the product name.
Q : What comments cannot be posted?
- Comments that are not related to the product (dissatisfaction with store service and shipping/delivery, etc.).
- Information that may identify the brands of other companies, individuals, and groups
- Comments for commercial purposes, URL.
- Information that brings or suggests harm to the company or a third party.
- Information that includes political content.
- Antisocial content.
- Information about disasters, riots, terrorism, epidemics, diseases.
- Multiple comments for the same product by the same person (including cases where we judge that they are the same person).
- Any other information that we deem inappropriate.
