Q. How do I know that the product I returned has arrived at the UNIQLO warehouse?

You will receive an email notification including a refund confirmation containing a link for a refund form in 2 work days after the product has been received and verified by our warehouse. 

1. If you make payment for your order via Credit Card, a refund will be made automatically to your credit card within 7-14 days depending on the issuer bank. 

2. If you make a payment for the order via Bank transfer or Cash on Delivery (COD), then please fill in your bank account data on the link of the form. We will process your refund within 7-14 days after we receive your bank account data.
