Q. How do I return a product to the UNIQLO warehouse?

You can return products purchased through the UNIQLO online store (website or application) by following these steps: 

1. Wrap the product to be returned and include the invoice and return form that you received with the previous product 
2. Fill in the return form along with a product description and reason for the return 
3. Send the product/package to the warehouse address listed on the return form, namely : 

SENT TO : UNIQLO ONLINE RETURNS  
Pergudangan Balrich (Gudang E) 
Gudang PT. Nittsu Lemo Indonesia Logistik  
Jl. Raya Cakung Cilincing Pal II, RT 08/ RW 02 
Kel Sukapura, Kec Clincing, Kota Jakarta Utara Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta, 14140 

You can choose a courier other than Ninja to ship the product back to us. Fees may vary depending on your location and the courier selected. The shipping costs will be borne by you. 
You can refer to our Return Policy on the link here. 

Except if your purchased online product used "Pay in Store" payment, then you can exchange the product at any our nearer UNIQLO store with bringing the invoice order for transaction along with the product confirmation.
