Q. Can I exchange my store purchase at different store?
For the product purchased at UNIQLO Indonesia store, if you still have the purchase receipt and the price tag was still attached on the product, then you can exchange the product at all UNIQLO Indonesia’s stores (it doesn’t have to be the same store where you bought the product from). Please kindly ensure that the products you want to exchange doesn’t belong to packaging items as referred to this link, innerwear, accessories, and baby products.
