We accept the return and refund within 30 days from the purchase date.
- To exchange product through online purchase can be done only at any UNIQLO stores, whereas for the refund, the product through online purchase should be sent to UNIQLO warehouse.
- Please ensure the returned product is in its new, original condition, and attached tag price.
- Innerwear and packaged items cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.
- Please DO NOT discard the Return Form.

How to return product through Online Purchase
1. Read the checklist table above.
2. Fill in the item return quantity and reason code.
3. Pack items to return into a box/pouch and include the return form inside the parcel. Choose any courier company (with tracking system) and return to our warehouse at your own cost.
4. After product arrive at warehouse, the returned product will go through verification process. After the product is verified, you will receive email notification regarding the refund details.
5. The refund will be processed in your original payment. For Virtual Account and COD Payment, our Customer Support UNIQLO Indonesia will send you the link form through email and need you to submit details such as your bank account number and your registered email.
Please be attention for product through online purchase with “Pay in Store” payment method can only be exchanged at all UNIQLO Indonesia stores and can not be returned/refund.
How to exchange product through Online Purchase at store
1. Read the checklist above.
2. Fill in the return form and bring this with you when you visit the store.
3. Together with your products for exchange, bring along your invoice or original physical receipt (received when you pay in the store), and the return form.
4. Bring your new item at our cashier counter to process your exchange.
