After the payment is done, there is no email confirmation. However, you can check the payment status on the detail of “Order History”, as below:
1. Go to “Membership” page
2. Click the “Order History” option
3. Click “DETAILS” on the order number which you want to check
4. If the payment has been verified, then the payment status will be changed to “Complete”.
If within 2 hours the payment status is still “Incomplete”, please contact our Customer Support through the channels on the bottom of this page.
