Q. How to pay with Gopay 

Please refer to the video below for payment guidance with GoPay.

FAQs:  
1. Q: Why can't my Gopay payment be completed?

A: Payment with Gopay can only be completed with smartphone software specifications IOS version 17 and Android OS Version 14 above.
- If your software already in accordance with the above specifications, please contact our Customer Support for further information by attaching a video where the payment is not redirected to the Gojek/Gopay application.
- If your software is below these specifications and you have both Gojek and GoPay app, the system cannot direct you to Gojek application. In order to be directed to Gojek app to complete the payment, please be willing to delete the GoPay app. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Q: How long is the time limit for payment with GoPay? 
A: The time limit is 30 minutes after you are directed to Gojek application. 

3. Q: Can I continue the payment if I already close the UNIQLO and Gojek app during payment process? 
A: No, the payment will be nullified and the order will be cancelled automatically by system within 30 minutes.

4. Q: Can I choose GoPay method if I order with PC or laptop on website? 
A: No, you cannot choose GoPay method if you order through website on PC or Laptop.

5. Q: Can I pay with GoPay Later?
A: Yes, if you choose GoPay as payment method, you can complete the payment with fund source GoPay Later. However, if you choose QRIS as payment method, you could not complete the payment with fund source GoPay Later.
