- Cashback Rp 200,000: minimum purchase Rp 899,000 (after coupon deduction) ONLY with Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card  
- Cashback Rp 100,000: minimum purchase Rp 899,000 (after coupon deduction) with Danamon Debit Mastercard, Danamon Credit and Charge Card (Visa, Mastercard)  
- Cashback Rp 100,000: minimum purchase Rp 899,000 (after coupon deduction) with Danamon Debit GPN and Danamon Credit American Express are ONLY applicable for purchase at UNIQLO Stores

Cashback will be credited maximum 2 (two) months after the end of program date (from December 11th 2023) in the form of credit balance to your credit card’s billing statement for transaction with Danamon Credit and Charge Card or to the account linked to your debit card used on this transaction for transaction with Debit Card. You can get maximum 2 (two) times of cashback for each card used. 

Cashback illustration: 
Customer makes a transaction with Danamon VISA Credit Card on December 1st, 2023 at UNIQLO store with a total of Rp 899,000 (after coupon deduction). If the billing statement is issued every 5th of the month, then the customer will get the cashback Rp 100,000, maximum on February 5th, 2023. 

*Multiples do not apply and cashback is not valid for Danamon Corporate Credit Cards. For example, if customer purchased with Danamon VISA Credit Card with total Rp 2,000,000, then you will get cashback Rp 100,000.

1. Q : I have Danamon JCB Precious and VISA credit cards, can I get cashback for each card?  
A : Yes, you will get cashback for each Danamon card used during the promo period November 10 - December 10, 2023 at UNIQLO stores or online stores (website/application) with a minimum transaction of Rp 899,000 (after coupon deduction). 

2. Q: Can Danamon Debit GPN or Danamon Credit American Express be used for online order (website/app)? 
A: No, Danamon GPN Debit Card and Danamon Credit American Express are ONLY valid for in-store purchases. To get Rp 100,000 cashback, you can make a purchase at the store with a minimum transaction of Rp 899,000 (after coupon deduction) during the promotion period. 

3. Q : Can Danamon cashback be obtained right after the transaction?  
A : No, the cashback will be credited for a maximum of 2 (two) months from the end of the promotional period or starting from December 11th, 2023. 
-Credit card and charge card: cashback will be credited in the form of credit balance to your credit card’s billing statement. 
-Debit card: cashback will be credited to the account linked to your debit card used for the transaction. 

4. Q : I have paid using a Danamon card with a purchase of Rp 899,000, will there be a notification about this cashback? 
A : There is no notification via email or cashback statement on the receipt or invoice. You can check your credit/charge card billing statement or debit card account mutation. 

5. Q: Is there a specific code that must be entered to get Danamon cashback when ordering online? 
A: There is no special code or coupon. If your transaction at UNIQLO store or online (website/application) has met the terms and conditions, you will get the cashback. 

6. Q : Will I still get the cashback if I return the product purchased through the online store?   
A : No. You will not get cashback if you return products for refund. 

7. Q : I still haven't received the cashback even though it has been 2 (two) months since the promotion ended.
