Mechanism: Place an online order with payment method "GoPay" on UNIQLO app or mobile web with minimum transaction of Rp 500.000 (after coupon deduction) and get 5% cashback to your GoPay balance, while the quota is still available and multiples do not apply. Cashback is only valid 1 (one) time for 1 (one) Gojek user. *payment with QRIS will not get cashback.
- Payment with GoPay: 5% cashback maximum 100.000 (with amount range of Rp 25.000 - Rp 100.000). 
- Payment with GoPay Later: 5% cashback maximum 250.000(with amount range of  Rp 25.000 - Rp 250.000). 

How to get GoPay cashback:
1. Make a purchase with a minimum Rp 500.000 (after coupon deduction) at UNIQLO app or mobile web. 
2. Choose GoPay as the payment method when checking out at UNIQLO app or mobile web. Then, you will be automatically redirected to Gojek app.

3. In Gojek app, choose “GoPay” as payment option 
4. Make sure the transaction amount is accurate. 
5. Tap “Apply Promo”, choose the promo you want to use, and tap “Apply”. 
6. Tap “Confirm & Pay” 
7. Enter your GoPay PIN. 
8. You will receive the cashback to your GoPay balance within 2x24 hours. 

How to get GoPay Later cashback: 
1. Make a purchase with a minimum amount Rp 500.000 (after coupon deduction) at UNIQLO app or mobile web. 
2. Choose GoPay as the payment method when checking out at UNIQLO app or mobile web. Then, you will be automatically redirected to Gojek app.

FAQs: 
1. Q : I have GoPay and GoPay Later, can I get 2 (two) times cashback?  
A : No, cashback is only valid 1 (one) time for 1 (one) user. 

2. Q : I choose the QRIS payment method but pay using GoPay, will I get cashback? 
A : No, cashback is ONLY valid if you order through UNIQLO or mobile web and choose the GoPay payment method when placing an order. 

3. Q : Does cashback apply for in-store purchases? 
A : No, cashback ONLY applies for online orders on the UNIQLO app or mobile web. 

4. Q: Can I get GoPay cashback if I order through UNIQLO website? 
A : No, because the GoPay payment method is only available when checking out on the UNIQLO app or mobile web. 

5. Q : Can I get GoPay cashback right after the transaction?  
A : The cashback will be credited to your GoPay balance within 2x24 hours after transaction 

6. Q : I have paid using the GoPay method for Rp 500,000, will there be any notification regarding this cashback? 
A : There is no notification via email or the order invoice. However, you can check the transaction history in Gojek app for the related cashback within 2x24 hours. 

7. Q : Is there a special coupon that must be entered to get GoPay cashback? 
A: Yes, there is a coupon that must be selected and used in the Gojek application to get cashback. 
*If you do not select and click "Apply" on the coupon, the cashback promotion is not valid.

8. Q : Will I still receive cashback if I return the product purchased through the online store?   
A :You will get cashback for the transaction. But if you return and refund the products, the cashback will be reverted back from your GoPay account. 

9. Q : I still haven't received the cashback even though it has been 2 days since the transaction date.
