Mechanism:
- Cashback Rp 200,000: minimum purchase Rp 1,000,000 (after coupon deduction) ONLY with CIMB Niaga JCB Credit Card at UNIQLO stores or online (website/apps).
- Cashback Rp 150,000: minimum purchase Rp 1,000,000 (after coupon deduction) with Platinum CIMB Niaga Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) above at UNIQLO stores or online (website/apps).
- Cashback Rp 50,000: minimum purchase Rp 500,000 (after coupon deduction) with CIMB Niaga Debit Card at UNIQLO stores or online (website/apps). For CIMB Niaga Debit Card GPN ONLY applicable for purchase directly at UNIQLO stores.
Cashback will be credited for a maximum of 2 (two) months from the end of promotional period or maximum by April 15, 2024. Cashback is valid 1 (one) time for 1 (one) cardholder.
*Cashback is not valid for multiple purchases and does not apply to CIMB NIaga Corporate Cards.
Cashback illustration:
Customer makes a transaction with CIMB Niaga VISA Credit Card on January 25, 2024 at UNIQLO store with an amount of Rp 2,000,000 (after coupon deduction). If the billing statement is issued every 30th of every month, then customer will get Rp 150,000 cashback by maximum on March 30, 2024.

FAQ: 1. Q : I have CIMB Niaga JCB Credit Card and Platinum CIMB Niaga credit card, can I get cashback for each card? A : No, cashback only valid for 1 (one) time for 1 (one) cardholder.
2. Q: Can CIMB Niaga Debit GPN be used for online order (website/app)? A: No, CIMB Niaga GPN Debit Card is ONLY valid for in-store purchases. To get Rp 50,000 cashback, you can make a purchase at the store with a minimum transaction of Rp 500,000 (after coupon deduction) during the promotion period.
3. Can I use VA Bank Transfer method to get the cashback for online transactions CIMB Niaga Debit Card?A: No. Cashback can ONLY be obtained if the requirements have been met and complete the payment by selecting the "Credit Card" payment method, applied for both for credit card and debit card users.
4. Q : Can CIMB Niaga cashback be obtained right after the transaction? A : No, the cashback will be credited for a maximum of 2 (two) months from the end of the promotional period or maximum by April 15, 2024. \
-Credit card: cashback will be credited in the form of credit balance to your credit card’s billing statement.
-Debit card: cashback will be credited to the account linked to your debit card used for the transaction.
5. Q : I have paid using a CIMB Niaga card with a purchase of Rp 1,000,000, will there be a notification about this cashback? A : There is no notification via email or cashback statement on the receipt or invoice. You can check your credit card billing statement or debit card account mutation.
6. Q: Is there a specific code that must be entered to get CIMB Niaga cashback when ordering online? A: There is no special code or coupon. If your transaction at UNIQLO store or online (website/application) has met the terms and conditions, you will get the cashback.
7. Q : Will I still get the cashback if I return the product purchased through the online store? A : No. You will not get cashback if you return products for refund.
8. Q : I still haven't received the cashback even though it has been 2 (two) months since the promotion ended. A : If you haven't received the cashback, you can contact CIMB Niaga Bank Call Center at number 14041 / 1500800 or website www.cimbniaga.com
