Q. How to track home delivery status
To check your the tracking status of your home delivery order, you can simply click the delivery tracking number on the order history at your UNIQLO APP or copy-paste the tracking number on the courier's website within 1x24 hours after the your receive the tracking number.
Currently we have two expeditions for online shipment. Please kindly check below on how to check the delivery tracking number:
- If your tracking number starts with CAK or CSS meanings that your order is shipped with JNE. You could click link here to track the delivery of your package.
- If your tracking number starts with UQIDS meanings that your order is shipped with Ninjavan. You could click link here to track the delivery of your package.
Please be noted, that the expedition is assigned automatically by system and it cannot be chosen or requested.
The tracking number can be tracked within 1x24 hours since it was issued. If the tracking number stated "Not Found" on courier's website, it means that the order is still processed at our Warehouse. Please be willing to wait within 1x24 hours for the tracking number can be traced.
