Q. How to track home delivery status

To check your the tracking status of your home delivery order, you can simply click the delivery tracking number on the order history at your UNIQLO APP or copy-paste the tracking number on the courier's website here within 1x24 hours after the your receive the tracking number.

The tracking number can be tracked within 1x24 hours since it was issued. If the tracking number stated "Not Found" on courier's website, it means that the order is still processed at our Warehouse. Please be willing to wait within 1x24 hours for the tracking number can be traced.

NEXT DAY delivery is a delivery service for ONLY applicable for delivery to JABODETABEK area where the package will arrive at your address the next day after you paid the order. Click here for further information about next day delivery.

Note:
*1 There might be additional 6 days that could be needed for Kab. Jepara, Kab. Gresik, Kab. Sumenep
*2 There might be additional 6 days that could be needed for other islands than Lombok and Timor
*3 There might be additional 8 days that could be needed for outside Sumatera island and some cities in Aceh, North Sumatera, Riau, Bengkulu
*4 There might be additional 7 days that could be needed for outside Sulawesi Island and some cities in North, Central, East Sulawesi
*5 There might be additional 7 days that could be needed for some cities in North Maluku
*6 There might be additional 6 days that could be needed for Kab. Supiori and cities in West Papua
