Q. [Apology] Regarding color transfer on the UNIQLO x ANYA HINDMARCH packable bag (69 NAVY)

We are currently suspending sales of the UNIQLO x ANYA HINDMARCH packable bag "69 NAVY," which went on sale on Friday, November 22, 2024, due to color transfer occurring in some products. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 

We will accept returns for customers who have purchased the product, so please check the following:

*Due to friction, color may transfer from the main bag to other items. 

*We will also accommodate cases where the conditions for exchange or return are not met, such as if you do not have the receipt or tag, or if the item has been used.

If you would prefer to return the item in-store, you can also return it at your nearest store. Please ask the store staff.
