How can we help?

Below is procedure of bulk order:

1. You can register the order by fill in the form within this link.
2. You will receive an email which contains the order number, for example: 2024XXX-XXXX.

3. After checking product availability, you will receive an email titled “[2024XXX-XXXX] Konfirmasi Pesanan Bulk Purchase UNIQLO” containing a quotation for your order. Please reply to the quotation email with “Reply all” within 1x24 hours by:

4. If you agree and reply it "Lanjut", then our team will allocate the products ordered with estimation time of 4 - 7 working days.
5. Once the product has fully allocated (4 - 7 working days), our Bulk Purchase Team will contact you via email / phone call to confirm about the payment process on UNIQLO APP. There fore please be willing to wait and kindly check the email regularly. 
6. For the delivery estimation (after you complete the payment), it will follow our regular delivery estimation time. You could refer on the table below here for the details.

Below is the terms & conditions of bulk purchase and its exclusive discount:

1. Customers will get a 10% discount with a minimum purchase of IDR 10,000,000 with one item code for normal price items.  
2. The 10% discount does not apply to Value Buy or Limited Offer items. 
   Discount also does not include shopping bags such as paper bags and eco-friendly bags.  
3. Bulk Purchase for UT and Special Collaboration are not allowed, due to limited stock   
4. Payment method only via bank transfer. We need 1 (one) working day to confirm the proof of payment that has been made.  
5. Orders will be delivered to your delivery address. 
6. Bulk purchase  items cannot be exchanged or returned.  
7. We cannot send  samples or change orders that have been purchased. 
8. Items price is only applied on the purchase day.  
9. We do not provide printing / embroidery services on purchased items.  

You can request for the tax invoice by sending the required documents to bulkpurchase@uniqlo.co.id with subject: Request Faktur Pajak / Tax Invoice

Once you sent the email with the documents below, you will not receive a reply email. However, your request will be processed and you will receive confirmation of the relevant Tax Invoice within 3 - 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holiday).

1. NPWP of the company with PDF format.
2. SPPKP of the company with PDF format. 
3. Purchase receipt or order invoice with PDF format. Please ensure all parts of the receipt/invoice are clearly shown.
