Q. Can I change or cancel my order before it's shipped?

Unfortunately, the order that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. The system will automatically lock your the product, payment, and address that have been confirmed or after you click "Place Order" on check out page. Therefore, we kindly request you to double check your order, before processing to payment.

If the product that you received does not fit, you can exchange the product at any UNIQLO Indonesia stores, as long as the product fulfilled the exchange policy. Please refer to UNIQLO exchange and return policy by the following link here.

However, if you have not yet paid the order (other than COD), you can ignore the payment and create a new order. If you ignore the payment, then the order will automatically be cancelled by system.
-For the VA Bank Transfer method, the order will be canceled within 3 days of order confirmation
-For QRIS and Gopay method, the order will be canceled within 30 minutes of order confirmation
-For the Pay in Store method, the order will be canceled within 2 hours of order confirmation
