Q. Can I pick up my order at store today through Click & Collect order?

You can pick up the order if you have received an email notification from noreply@mail.uniqlo.co.id with the subject <UNIQLO Indonesia> Your Click & Collect Order has arrived. You can pick up orders up to 14 days since the product arrives in the store

Please refer to the link here to find out the estimated delivery of your order.

If you do not pick up the product by the deadline, we will process the product back to the warehouse. You will receive an email notification with the subject “<UNIQLO Indonesia> Your return has been processed” from the email address noreply-order@mail.uniqlo.co.id for the refund process.
