Q. Online Orders | How to Exchange

We regret to inform you that postal exchanges are not available. However, you can exchange your product at any UNIQLO Indonesia physical store by following below steps.

Steps to Exchange Your Online Orders at Physical Stores


• Visit any UNIQLO Indonesia physical store.
Bring along: e-invoice and the product(s) in original condition with its price tags.
• Search for the product that you would like to exchange
• Queue at the cashier counter and request for a product exchange.

Important Note
• Exchange can only be processed with the stock that is available at the store (can exchange size, color or to other product)

• Exchange can be processed for the same or different product with the same or higher price value.
• In exchange for a higher-value product, you will need to pay for the price difference.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the exchange validity period?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days since the shipment date.

Example: If the order is shipped on May 1, exchange can be processed until May 30. 


Can I exchange online-exclusive products (extra sizes, collaborations, etc.) at the store?

The Exchange is subject to the availability of colors and sizes at the physical store.

If the desired color or size is not available, stock transfer between online and physical stores CANNOT be arranged. Please consider returning the item for a refund and placing a new online order. 


Which items are not allowed for return or exchange?

Innerwear, accessories and baby items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene policy.


I bought 3 (three) products, can I only exchange/return one of the products?

Yes, you can exchange or return partially (not all products).


The price nominal on the price tag was cut off due to it was given as a gift, can it still be processed for exchange?

If it is only the price nominal that is cut off, the condition of the price tag is still good and other policy is fulfilled, then the product can still be processed for exchange.

Can I exchange the products that are received as gift, white-colored, and discounted (sale / value buy / limited offer)?

Yes, as long as the products fulfilled the return/exchange policy here.
